Live Life Juicy – The Third Principle

Give Yourself Permission to Live Your Best Juicy Life

How long have you been waiting?

  • for the perfect moment
  • for the fear to subside
  • for permission?

Let me tell you something powerful: you don’t need anyone’s permission but your own to live a life that lights you up. A juicy, full-bodied, soul-stirring life that is expansive and deeply satisfying.

But here’s the truth. Many of us are still carrying beliefs that don’t belong to us. Stories we inherited. Fears we absorbed. Rules that were written by people who don’t really know who we are.

It’s time to lay those stories down.

Outdated Beliefs Are Not Life Sentences

Maybe you were taught to play small. Be nice. Be quiet. Be good. Maybe you believe success looks a certain way. That your desires are too much. That you’re too much. And that if you put yourself first, you’re selfish.

Let’s call that what it is: outdated programming.

It might have served someone else’s ideals—but it is not your truth.

The most powerful act of liberation is to rewrite the rules. You get to decide what living fully means for you. Whether that’s starting your own business, traveling solo, dating again, writing a book, or simply saying “no” to what drains you and “hell yes” to what fuels you.

Fear Can Ride Shotgun—But You’re The One Driving

Letting go of fear doesn’t mean it disappears. It means it doesn’t get to run the show.

Fear is just trying to protect you, using the data it’s collected from your past. However, if your past was shaped by survival, conformity, or self-abandonment, that data is probably incomplete.

Fear may still sit in the car with you, but it doesn’t have to dictate the journey. Every time you make a choice that’s aligned with your truest self, despite the doubts, you reclaim your life.

What Does “Juicy” Mean to You?

“Juicy” doesn’t mean busy or glamorous. It means rich. Full. Nourishing. Sensual in the deepest sense. Being attuned to your senses, your joy, and your vitality.

Start small. Ask yourself:

  • What would feel delicious today?
  • What am I craving—not just in food, but in experience?
  • What am I done tolerating?
  • Where have I been quiet when I wanted to roar?

Give Yourself Permission

To be bold. To change your mind. To evolve.
To want more. To desire pleasure. To ask for what you need.
To take up space. To be seen. To shine unapologetically.

You don’t have to prove yourself worthy. You already are. It’s time to live life juicy. You were never meant for anything less.
